How could a Christian become a vigilante serial killer? Who will discover the murderer? How many people will be terminated before they are stopped? Who is this killer, and will that person be brought to justice? A disability analyst becomes a self-appointed vigilante. They execute people considered malingerers who have committed severe crimes yet escaped the punishment they deserve. Matthew Brown, one of the lead fictional characters who is a branch manager with Disability Determination Services, was stricken with polio at the age of five and has no use of his right arm and partial use of his left upper extremity. As Mr. Brown goes through daily struggles, he slowly becomes aware that people who have been allowed Social Security benefits are being murdered. An assassination attempt is made on Brown’s life. As he recovers, Matthew Brown realizes who the vigilante is.
