Heavenly Father,
We praise You, Sovereign God! You are good! You made the heavens and earth and all they contain for our provision and Your glory. You are preparing a place for us to dwell with You forever. Light of the World, we praise You for Your light and life within us.
Thank You for Your overabundant grace, for the gifts that are ours in Christ Jesus. Thank You for making us kings, priests, and ambassadors. Thank You for Your anointing that flows from Your presence in our lives. Thank You for inscribing us on Your hands. Thank You for making us scribes for Your glory.
We offer up ourselves to You as living and holy sacrifices. Sanctify us through Your Word. Your Word is truth. Your being is love. Help us to communicate Your truth embedded in Your being of love. Help us to reflect Your love, grace, mercy, and compassion expressed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
We offer up our writing as a holy sacrifice. May the words of our mouths and the thoughts of our hearts be pleasing to You. Help us to encourage each other’s faith. Help us to love each other with Your love—looking out for each other’s best interests. Help us to humble ourselves and pray, to seek Your face, and not write a word until our heart is in tune with You.
We acknowledge that we are part of Your body. You designed us to need each other. Thank You for our fellow writers, editors, publishers, agents, and media specialists who work together for Your glory. Help us to work in unity to refine the messages You’ve given for Your purpose and glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
